Customizing your Sims 4, whether you want to add or remove traits, isn’t difficult. All you have to do is access the console commands by pressing CTRL + SHIFT + C at the same time.
This will allow you to access the panel and use the trait cheats on this list. After that, type testingcheats true to fully activate the cheat command, and then use the search box to navigate through the cheats.

How To Add Or Remove Traits In The Sims 4
Make sure that you’re accessing the console commands first before you type in your cheats. CTRL + SHIFT + C, then type testingcheats true to activate the cheats. To remove traits in the Sims 4, simply type traits.remove_trait TraitsName and you’re good to go.

Always keep in mind that in order to add or delete traits in The Sims 4, you need to verify that the hacks you’re looking for are included in this list; if they aren’t, the game won’t let you do it and you’ll be out of luck.
Important Notice: Add/Remove Traits In The Sims 4 Expansion Packs
This list contains some cheats that, in order to be useful, require you to have purchased additional content for the game.
If you don’t have the downloadable content package for Sims 4 Jungle Adventure, for instance, you won’t be able to change or delete any of the game’s traits.
If you do not already have those DLC installed, please do so immediately; otherwise, it will not function no matter how hard you attempt to install it.
