Using a breast slider, we may fine-tune the breasts of our Sims to our liking. It’s created so that the player may move their mouse left and right across the screen to customize the appearance of the breasts. Unfortunately, this is not the case in The Sims 4.

How Does It Work?
The operation of the breast slider is really straightforward. Creating your Sim’s breasts is as simple as a mouse click and a concept of what you want them to look like. You can utilize the slider by clicking on your Sim’s breast in the CAS menu.
While you’re here, you can adjust the breast’s volume by dragging your mouse left and right. Before or after creating your Sim, you can use this to increase or decrease the size of their breasts. This procedure is an all-in-one solution for enhancing and reducing breast size.
However, you also have the option of swiping your mouse vertically. There is a slider here that you may use to alter your Sim’s breast size. To attain the desired effect, either sagging or tightening the breasts is an option.

Compatibility
An important note: the Breast Separation Slider is not compatible with mods that change or replace the frame of your female Sims.
Conclusion
You can’t use it as a male breast slider for the Sims 4 because it doesn’t work that way.
Why?
Due to the fact that it only works on female Sims. In order to make the game more realistic, we would have liked to be able to increase and decrease the size of the male breasts. Unfortunately, this is not possible.
