Among the best romance and dating preferences, mods are Meaningful Stories. The emotional and mental states of our Sims are drastically altered, for the better. This is essentially a brand-new implementation of the mechanic in the game.
A depressed Sim, for instance, will take significantly longer to recover if you use Meaningful Stories. To succeed, they and their friends will need to put in some work. It’s more realistic to assume that they won’t be able to flip their mood from sad to happy instantly.
35. Prefer To Eat At Tables
Do your Sims get annoying when they carry their plates around the house? I mean, honey, I worked so hard on this house and you won’t even eat with me. Do it! When I stumbled upon this add-on, I was overjoyed. It’s something I’ve been silently pleading for. If you can relate to me, you will absolutely adore it.
The best course of action for your Sims at this point is to find a comfortable dining chair and dig in. They will use a bar stool instead of a dining room chair if they have to. In my opinion, the Sims 4 kids are missing out on a lot of life experiences. What’s the point? Thankfully, thanks to Cepzid and this mod, we don’t have to put up with that. In The Sims 4, there are two period-related mods: Wicked Whims and Cycle – Menstruation and Fertility. I would only recommend the first one to mature audiences over the age of 18. However, the latter is preferable for everyday applications.

You got that right; it does say what you think it says. As of right now, your sims have the option of having cereal for breakfast, a real treat. It serves its purpose and looks great doing it.

I’ve already discussed the improvements to your Sims’ needs and emotions that the Meaningful Stories mod provides. The Emotional Inertia mod, on the other hand, serves a similar purpose.
Your Sim’s anger will persist until the underlying issue is resolved. This is also how people act in the real world, so it’s a great way to level up your game. More nuanced variations of each mood are now available, and the overall quality of the mod has increased.
26. Sims 4 Ice Cream Truck Mod
Another modification by Cepzid! To satisfy your sweet tooth, here is an ice cream truck. Taking a ride on the ice cream truck is an option, as is buying some for your Sim.
Playing the truck into a parking lot will activate the truck’s navigation menu, allowing you to make a purchase. You can also buy ice cream from the truck while you’re riding it, but not while it’s in your sim’s inventory.

23. Sims 4 First Love Mod
Someone’s first love is someone they’ll never forget, or so the saying goes. I’ve always found it odd that there isn’t an equivalent feature in The Sims 4. A fleeting emotion couldn’t change that.
However, a First Love mod made by LittleMsSam works wonderfully with the other mods on my 2022 wish list. It adds additional ways to engage with the game, such as the “Confess to have a Crush” prompt. If your crash is approved, you can get physical with each other and share phone numbers and hugs.
22. Playable Pets Mod
Upon the initial release of Cats & Dogs, I was disappointed to find that our pets couldn’t be controlled. That they interacted was true, but you had no say over how those exchanges played out. The Playable Pets mod is fantastic at achieving this, which is great news.
By installing this mod, you can interact with your Sims 4 pet just like you would with any other Sim. You’ll have complete freedom to roam, play, and misbehave with them everywhere you go. In the same way, as you would on any other Sim, you’ll have to tend to your own personal requirements.

The loan amounts range from one thousand to five hundred thousand Simoleons. You have your choice of 12, 24, or 36 months to repay this money, and there is no interest attached.
20. Fish Are Friends Mod
Kawaiistacie has a great mod for you if you like fish as pets and keeping aquariums. I highly recommend doing this as a way to strengthen your bond with your fish in The Sims 4.
This mod basically increases the number of ways in which you can interact with fish. More fish will spawn for you to catch, photograph, and interact with for both positive and negative moodlets. What can I say other than that it rocks!

The Color Sliders mod is a must-have if you’re looking for top-notch additions to The Sims 4 in 2022. For a long time, I didn’t think this was even possible. Until Thepancake1 and MizoreYukii took the initiative, the concept was only discussed in a vast number of blogs.
Finally, we have the freedom to customize our Sims wardrobes to our liking. This update has been a long time coming, and while it doesn’t allow us to complete creative control over the colors we use, it’s still something to be treasured.
